My husband and I had a masterplan to convert a bungalow into a house with a new roomy first storey. We needed space for our new family and this was the best route for us to take. The next step was selecting the right timber frame company to carry out the project which was an anxious moment for us but we quickly realised after visiting the offices and factory of Vision that we had made the right decision. The quotation was a Fixed quote and not left open to wandering figures which was vital for us. Vision is a family run business which gave us the confidence to know we were in the right hands. The office was always on hand and even after completion I can still call for advice. We have recommended Vision to a number of people and would have no hesitation in contracting Vision in the future.

Vision helped turn our architects design for a three bedroom annex into a reality. They managed the process from inception to construction, working to a fixed budget. The timber frame construction was errected on the scheduled day, and completed within a week of arriving on site, to budget. The accuracy of the planning meant we could co-ordinate all the trades with the arrival of the timber frame. Luke was particularly helpful throughout the process. He advised not us only on the timber frame construction process, but also met with our builder and provided additional support with decisions on foundations, insulation and general planning. It is the first time I have completed a building project from the ground up and will definitely use Vision for our next project. We recently embarked on the conversion of our bungalow into our dream home and after careful consideration chose to work with Vision development as our "timber frame suppliers". However, working with Luke and the Vision team they have contributed so much more than this in every aspect of this project and have guided us well beyond the scope of just 'supplying and installing a timber frame.' Their experience and knowledge across all areas of the build has been extraordinary and even after the installation of the frame have continued to be on hand to help us self manage our way towards the completion of this project. I cant get over how professional and well managed this firm is and how they always managed to find the time to expertly guide us through the whole process.. Ultimately the quality of what they deliver is absolutely first rate. And the real proof of this came when our building control inspector came to site and said it was the best timber frame project they had ever seen! I can wholeheartedly endorse Vision and can attest to the fact they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you for everything!
