Kerry is an outstanding floral artist and a mine of original ideas. She has produced wonderful arrangements for our daughter and granddaughter and delivery has never been too much trouble; they have been very much appreciated. This is the first time I have used Madhatters floral service, I had flowers sent to my friend, she was absolutely over the moon & sent pictures to all her friends & family, I will definitely be using this florist again & maybe even treat myself!! Well done Madhatters

Can not believe how amazing the flowers and staff are! I drove up at 10 to 6pm on my way back from work and I saw the light on. I dashed over thinking Ive made it here with 10 minutes to spare. Kerry unlocked the door and let me in to purchase a special bouquet for my partner. I was completely unaware that I had been lucky to catch Kerry in, as the shop actually closed an hour earlier. She could have turned me away and many would have, but she didnt. Thank you so much for allowing me to purchase a beautiful handmade bouquet from you and my partner was incredibly overjoyed by them. Fantastic flower selection, great prices and outstanding service, I will be returning for future orders.
