Seen 3 doctors about a fit messed up my back and swollen knee and shoulder first doctor said well thats just bizarre diagnosis Second doctor no X-ray no blood 3 x went bk didnt even examine me no real diagnosis no pain killers because Im on methadone disgusting service making a complaint in progress

Since the pandemic, St Johns Medical Centre have been brilliant. Their appointments/admin system on their website works brilliantly in terms of seeing someone via phone/message/email/video call/physical appointment.

This surgery has completely changed since the pandemic. Its now faster and more efficient than ever and the doctors are lovely. When calling for an appointment, try the option for a call back rather than waiting, or go on their website and make an appointment that way. Thank you for all your hard work in such difficult times.

The receptionists make Stalin look like a good man they're rude and obnoxious and need to be sacked was talking to receptionist who believe they're better than everyone else to be honest the place should be closed down or used as a kill room for special forces leaving the receptionists there to be used as targets hopefully it will teach them there place in the grand scheme of life which will they're rude is the level of a tadpole avoid at all costs especially if dying as you will be dead before they even answer the phone

Doctors are great if you can actually get to see one. The call centre staff are rude and thoroughly unhelpful. I dont know if they are the people on the physical reception desk or dedicated phone answering staff. They absolutely refused to give me the appointment the doctor I saw told me I needed. Sadly I think the triaging power they had during lockdown has lead them to believe that they are far more important/qualified than their jobs dictate. They are now nothing more than obstructive, and completely unable able to realise that theyre in a public service role, and their salary is paid by the people they are meant to be serving. Im going to take the names of those who treat patients (their wage payers) badly - in hope that the HR dept at St Johns will address the problems that their patients are suffering. Todays exceptional unhelpful staff member was Grace - I am happy to discuss our interaction with HR at any point, and can only hope they will review our phone conversation which is presumably recorded.
