My 9 year old daughter goes to the wrestling class on a Wednesday and absolutely loves it, she may be one of a few girls who go but that does not stop her making friends and having fun, a lot of that goes down to the fantastic work the team do to make sure everyone is included and gets to know each other. At first I was unsure about her going to wrestling for the fear of that she would use moves at home, but that has not happened, again because it is driven into them that moves are for the ring only. The team are a great support and are highly recommend, they work on confidence, respect and friendship as well as some safe but enjoyable wrestling activities. Definitely worth a try if you child is low on confidence and wants to try something new.

Been attending this fantastic Wrestling Academy since the first day it opened in 2017 and in my opinion the trainees are trained by the very best in the business !! The Academy has a lovely family feel and extremely supportive of all the trainees, it's safe, lots of fun and very reasonably priced... I would highly recommend #CWA to all.
