Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Made a booking online for a prescription delivery, but was not given a time slot, or a choice of product, yet was still charged. Spent around 30 minutes trying to call in, eventually someone picked up, said I should have done it over the phone instead . Advised to call back the next day. I write this review having spent much of the last two hours on the phone trying to contact them. At one point I was ringing, hanging up after a while, then ringing again immediately. I had it so the phone was ringing for FIFTEEN MINUTES straight, and they didnt pick up. Never seen anything like this before, and will never, ever be purchasing anything with Boots again.

This is the worst franchise of chemist. They are severely understaffed the unprepared and not organised. Im trying to contact the chemist to see if they have my childs prescription ready. You can never get an answer on the phone ot ring rngaged or hust ring and rings and nobody picks up. I wasted my time, going to the chemist after waiting 45 minutes. I was told its not been done yet . I then asked can I have a prescription and Ive got a different chemist but apparently I cant because it was sent over electronically. I then asked for the code on the prescription because I can give that to another chemist. I was told just to check back later to see if it was done. The problem I have is when you try to check back later, nobody answers the phone. It shouldve been put up because Ive been trying to collect.

Does anyone actually ANSWER the PHONE? This has to be the worst Boots ever! Prescription was issued 3 days ago for my fiance. They didnt have the medication in.. Ive been trying ever since to see if theyve got it in yet? Because of trips up every day to be told they are out of stock and then told they havent put it up. It will be so much quicker and easier if they put prescriptions are ready for when people come and collect them. This store is severely understaffed, the staff are slow, therefore you have people waiting around for prescriptions bring done (one kadybsaodnshe had been waiting 45 min)! While there is also a queue waiting to be served. Bearing in mind, the only let three people in at a time. Its an absolute joke. Severe than waiting in a queue, which means standing outside in the cold as only three in at a time, Ive been trying to ring for the last three hours. Nobody answers. Disorganised worst chemist around.
