If there was a competition for the worst pharmacy in the country this boots branch would win easily. Don't answer the phone, medication never available, always a long wait, computers frequently down. Won't be going back.

Terrible. You go for a prescription and your waiting half an hour or longer. Often collecting 2 days later and its still not ready. Trying to get through on the phone is a joke. Its understaffed, its disorganised and staff are rude.

I order my prescription online on a Friday. Many times it's still not ready on the following Friday. I try phoning but that is a waste of time as nobody answers. So much for prescription ready in 48 hours. What a joke.
