Absolute joke. Been three times over 2 weeks and yet script still not ready....I can go to a chemist in Ashington and back the time it takes to get served....no BP meds now for two weeks....

My mothers blood pressure medication has been ordered last Thursday. She went to pick it up yesterday - it wasnt ready. Today at 13.40 they told to pick it up at 15.00 hours. My mother is 74 yo. Unacceptable! Switched to Boots pharmacy.

The staff are always polite. The challenge is the wait time. Even if I order my prescription a week in advance, it is never ready. I generally have to sit and wait for 20 to 30 minutes, or come back later. It is very frustrating as they advise to wait 3 working days, but even if you double it, they are not ready. Shame
