        Used Steph to groom my mams little dog since she opened and through lockdown. Then suddenly this summer she cancelled our appointment at short notice - saying she had sent equipment off to be repaired and it hadnt arrived back and would be in touch to fit us in very soon. Every time i made contact after she made excuses like her phone wasnt working or she'd tried to get in touch but our number didnt work (no issues with my phone at all), until the last time tried to book - her reply was she was on holiday and for us to find another groomer. Not professional at all and a lost, reliable customer for Steph.

        Been using the grooming station for a long time, always perfection! Very accommodating. Googled it to get the number and its such a shame to see some nasty person has left a bad review because she had some time off and issues with equipment. Especially a supposedly long time customer, rather unfair I think. I will be continuing to support local independent businesses like this one.
