        Woman was abrupt. I didnt even go back to collect my dog, instead i sent my partener as i didnt want to deal with the manor of this said woman again. Dont know if it was because her staff were there or because she thought i was young and a first time pet owner. I'am neither! Gobsmacked! My dog also came back with fleas to top it off!
