Placed an order via there app only for cash to be taken from my account but no order confirmation rang up the shop no order had gone through I asked if I could place my order over phone for collection but told I had to pay again and contact just eat for a refund I think not im not paying twice for my supper it's your app not just eats!!!

Had a little mix up initially but was resolved very quickly with a replacement, it was absolutely lovely, hot and tasty pizza

Chips hard, kebab was disgusting. looked undercooked will be surprised if I dont have food poisoning tomorrow. Garlic bread was hard and bland. Asked for a deep pan pizza got a thin crust. Pizza looks like it has teeth marks on the crust. All got wasted waste of money. Dont know how the rating is so high. And they have took my rating off just eat. Feel like Ive been robbed
