Peaceful Minds

I couldn't recommend Sian highly enough - she helped me from one of my lowest points to feeling confident and happy again in just five weeks. The CBT techniques she taught me have given me the tools to change the way I think about situations that used to give me crippling anxiety. For me, the hypnotherapy was also a great addition as it means I can revert to the recording whenever I feel like I'm going off track. Working with Sian has been life-changing for me.

Sian is just the loveliest, she makes you feel extremely at ease as if youre talking to a friend, in the short time ive been seeing her, she has helped me massively. CBT is such a fantastic therapy and I highly recommended Sian to be your therapist of choice :)
