What an amazing, calm and truly lovely guy!! We had a flood coming from the bathroom through the lights and plug sockets downstairs. He calmly talked us through how to check the main breaker to see which one was tripping it. He then told us to leave it for 24hours to dry out, unscrew the sockets to also let them dry out and then told us he wouldn't charge us as he didn't need to come out unless things were bad tomorrow after it's dried a bit. . What a lovely guy, honestly, if you need anything done, call him! I'm so pleased with all his advice and the way he was able to calm us both down.

My heat sank when my underfloor heating stopped working - I was expecting and an expensive and complex repair with a big bill to match - but Jonny came out and diagnosed the problem quickly - within a couple of days I was back up and running and at a really reasonable price - would definitely use Jonny again for any electrical issues around the house - cheers Jonny!
