Chen's Kitchen Chinese Takeaway

We ordered from here all through lockdown in order to support local chinese after all the bad wuhan press. However a couple of weeks ago we ordered and the food was terrible, clearly reheated, tough and inedible. We complained via justeat but got nowhere. Will never order from chens or justeat again.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! Chicken was raw from munchy box then we rang up asking for it to be replaced which it was not and the same food came again. 20 for raw chicken. Not to get started the woman on the phone was extremely rude!!! Would not recommend ever going there.

It was absolutely lush. Throughly enjoyed it, 4 clean plates. Food came before est time, was piping hot guy was lovely and food was lush.

Best Chinese Takeaway. Go loads and travel from Blyth to pick up. Has taken a long time on just eat so I dont bother just ring in my order and collect. Not sure what the bad reviewers are getting but I have never had a bad meal from them

Ordered at 6, come 9pm still hadnt arrived, tried multiple times to call the shop and no answer, my partner then went to the address to see if he could just pick it up but all the shutters were down and it was seemingly closed, I requested a refund, to then 20 minutes later a car show up it was the order my partner apologised and said we wont accept weve got a different delivery now on the way, there was no apology of the driver, my partner again apologised but told him wed got something else as the bairns needed feeding, then the driver proceeded to tell us to never order from him again and walked off. Disgusting service, if we had just been told / they answered the phone that it was going to be a bit later it wouldnt have been an issue, but to see their shop closed and then they turn up after 9:30pm.
