Cambridge Garage Havant - Volvo Cars

I very rarely leave reviews, however the service I received during the recent purchase of my pre owned Volvo from Cambridge Garage was exceptional. From my first enquiry on the vehicle, there was no pushy salesman, instead i was introduced via email to Adam who would be my single point of contact throughout. From our first meeting Adam listened to what I wanted and whilst he went through all the options, as any good salesman has to, there was no pressure selling. Even more amazing I was allowed to see the car in its raw state as it hadn't gone through preperation. As you'd expect with any 4 year old car with 59K on the clock there was a few minor car park door dinks, plus alloy wheel and bumper scuffs, but having promised to have their SmartTech sort out all the blemishes Adam was good to his word and the car came up immaculate Having had such a positive experience I would definately recommend Cambridge Garage to anyone who is thinking about buying a Volvo

Cannot say enough good things about the team here. I purchased my first Volvo from them and Adam couldn't have been more accommodating or helping throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient with my endless questions and just fun to deal with! Felt very valued and never was pressured on a decision which was very appreciated, especially as a woman in a car showroom. Megan also spent over an hour with me and husband to get our car set up so we drove away with everything just the way we wanted. Their enthusiasm for their cars and Volvo made everything really easy, fun and interesting, and they just might have made a lifer out of me! Facilities were easy to find, very clean, and pleasant to be in - and with endless coffee on demand.

I just bought a used XC90 from Adam, and couldn't recommend him highly enough. I'm always a little nervous of car salesman, but Adam has changed my perception, for the better. If you're interested in a Volvo, I would highly recommend him, and the garage in Havant. He even picked up my daughter and I from the station after we travelled down to collect the car. We hadn't seen it, just a video made by Adam. It was exactly as described and we drove it home that day. We were shown all the features of the car by Meghan, who spent a good amount of time showing us how everything worked, and answered the many questions I had. If I replace this car one day, I'd definitely be happy to go back to Cambridge Havant Volvo.

Great family style service right from initial call back to contract completion today on my nearly new XC60. Adam looked after the whole process, including sorting my out of date V5, and transferring my personal plates. What Megan doesnt know about the range isnt worth knowing. She certainly brought me into the current decade with how to attach google and set up different profiles for 2 or us. Job well done!
