        I have changed my car key battery in Timpson Havant, the price was reasonable and the staff was helpful.

        You claim that you can provide ID pictures that meet specific requirements but that is not the case. French ID pictures must be in grey or blue background. Your staff offers for ID photos to be photoshopped!!! I was sent to your branch in Tesco to your branch in Asda and then back to your branch to Tesco to be offered a refund which did not go through. I then was asked to attend the branch in Tesco to be told that I would have to go back on Monday. I was more or less accused of lying and told to 'drop my attitude' by your shop assistant. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever come across and that includes banks!. Abysmal!
