Arrived to collect pics, and no one was even at the counter. Asda staff had to find him, which took over 20 mins. Ordered phone cover, looked online to track, and they'd marked as collected. I certainly hadn't collected, and didn't even receive email to ask me to collect it. Not good service at all

I came to take A4 print outs the receipt says and even the checkout window said that there is buy1 get1 in that category but when they called there manager they said its only for prints with sizes above A4. That's not acceptable. It should be clearly mentioned or should not be for such prints
