I have been using this services since my girls were little, they are now adults! I have had an excellent service over the years, great friendly, helpful staff and speedy service. They should train other services to this standard . Thank you

I have to say, it's a breath of fresh air to go somewhere now days where all the staff are friendly, cheerful, helpful and professional. I have used the Asda opticians a couple of times now and the service that I have recieved from basic communication through to the eye test and collection has been impeccable. I would never go anywhere else now. Keep up the good work guys, it really makess a difference. Good customer service and friendly staff unfortunately is now hard to find in the UK.

Great first experience at asda optitions. Very friendly, chatty helpful staff. Stayed open later to serve me. Also took the time to inform and help me understand my eye prescription. Highly recommend.

I can't state highly enough about the optician, Mr Maynell who went spent time discussing different ways of dealing with an eye health issue I'm experiencing and reassuring me even though he cut short his lunch due to me arriving late because of buses.
