        First time using InstaVolt and I have to say that the process is simple. Only issue I had was that my app decided to log out just before plugging in so I used the RFID card. Id certainly recommend getting a card for just this type of glitch. Very reassuring to see the blue light on the charger as I was drinking my coffee. Managed to get back on the app thanks to McDonalds WiFi and I found the charging stats very helpful. Overall a great experience.

        Bedhampton was OK but I had a terrible time at Waterlooville. Had to go from there to Bedhampton as neither of the chargers at W'ville were working though both were shown as in working order and available on your app. Wasn't just me, another user there (at W'ville) said he was constantly having trouble with the chargers and regretted buying an electric car, first time I've ever heard anyone say that! The charging experience at public chargers is definitely deteriorating though in fairness generally yours are among the more reliable.

        Audi App says it a 100Kw DC charger. But its a 50Kw one that's only giving 30Kw.

        Think all your machines need to be 120kw and it would then be 5*

        EV is on 36 per cent and the car is charging at 25kW. To slow compared to other chargers.
