Managed to get an emergency appointment after not being able to get in at my own dentist so I was grateful for that. But when I turned up for my appointment it was chaos in the practise, there seemed to be a lot of tension from the staff and the dentist didnt seem In the best mood, quite abrupt and kept huffing every time he had to look in my mouth, the dental nurse kept wondering off which seemed to annoy him even more. The X-ray machine was broken so we all had to keep going out the room to get it to work then eventually had to go to another room, just quite an unprofessional experience. 100% wouldnt be returning and just thankful I never registered at this practise when I was looking.

I have always been nervous to go to the dentist. Since joining Mydentist Park Lane I am always made to feel at ease. All of the staff are lovely, Dr Hakeem is fantastic. I cant recommend this dental surgery highly enough. Thank you!

Our dentist is always so thorough and caring. She is fabulous with my four boys and it has been great to see the same dentist over the last few years. Thank you.
