Chidham Stores

I wouldnt give any stars if I could. Chose this store to collect a Yodel parcel and upon arriving after work, I was told that I can only collect parcels between 10-4pm and was sent away. The man was rude and showed no sympathy when I stated I work 9-5pm. There is also a hand written notice that indicates this, and that items are returned back to retailer after 3 days. This store does not follow the correct procedure or hours stated on Yodels website when selecting this store. I have now raised this with Yodel and will not be returning to this store.

Just brought 3 vapes and they don't work, tried to call and no anwser and can't leave a voicemail... the vapes are fake or duff but 1 is understandable but not all 3 lol

The worst store i've ever gone into. Don't ever expect to be able to post a parcel via Yodel here, every time i come to post they aren't accepting and say 'come back tomorrow'... the opposite of a convenient store.

Advertised as open till 10pm for parcel collection when reality is they stop allowing you collect parcels at 4pm. Very misleading. Also send parcels back after 3 days so would avoid using this shop at all costs.

5 years I had to consider this review. Over all this is a great local store with reasonable prices. Although noted they are going up. It's open long hours and well stocked. The owner is lovely chap as is worker Sam!. Thanks for your service to the community.
