        Something did not feel right, its very expensive, commercial, cliquey, overall a horrible experience, it makes me sad when people so blatantaly profit from some so sacred.

        Great mix of classes from super strong to super relaxing and everything in between. All teachers are really friendly and consistent; all in all the best yoga classes I have been to in Bedford!

        Yoga with Lenka is the best class (and community) you should join if youre a newbie and want to learn yoga like me in the heart of Bedford. Every session is a learning experience for me and I love that Lenka/Jamie were both so patient and engaging when I needed help during my practices. I always look forward to attending every session as it makes me feel good by having that self-awareness through meditation and gives my body the exercise it needs. Overall, I highly recommend attending yoga classes here
