Shocking the windows wasnt square the customer service is shocking and you can only email them do not get your windows from this company.

If their service is anything like their driving, do not use. Speeding and tailgating in the fast lane of the M6 is enough to put me off using any business.

Had a problem with my order. They told me to email. I did this. I called a couple of days later to find how long before I get an answer, they put me straight to answer machine message, then would not answer phone. I may have to use charge back for this order. I need the small issue sorted out ASAP. Otherwise I will rectify myself with a charge back and purchase again elsewhere. Good customer service is everything. A small chat on the phone. Is everything

Do not order from this company, they seem good but the customer service for when a problem arises is awful, they have sold my husband and i a faulty patio door which has left our home unsecured as we cant lock the door due to a faulty lock that they put on, we have had a locksmith look at the lock to see if it can be fixed and that has diagnosed the problem meaning the company only have to supply 1 replacement part rather then a whole new lock and even after all their "we can help, we will replace" they have misread (weather purposely or not) every email and are refusing to replace the part and ignoring emails. I have never experienced such unprofessional and bad customer service and have never had to deal with someone who constantly "misreads" emails. Very disappointed that i have been sold a faulty product and that the company deem it ok to sell unfit for purpose goods. Take your money elsewhere. Also our order wasnt a small one even paying the extra for the better "secure" locks which makes it even more disappointing as we have wasted so much money and now our house is left unsecured.

Highly recommended! Delivery was well organised, assembly went pretty smoothly and we're really pleased with the finished product. Excellent service from ordering through to delivery. Packaged up well without loads of unnecessary packaging. Just great!
