This is the fourth car I have had from Vindis in Bedford . Charlie makes the process painless and is able to recommend cars to me he knows I will like - even when I am 150 miles away. Brilliant service and shout out to Clark who suggested the car I took home yesterday . True customer service from both. If youre looking for a new car this is the place to go .

Recently purchased an almost new TRoc from Vindis Bedford, Highly recommend this retailer, excellent communication throughout and the salesperson, Charlie Brewer, was very helpful, friendly and able to fully answer all my questions.

Absolutely scam they kept increasing the price hourly rate and never fixed my car .now they are threatening me that will not release the car before I pay the bill of nearly 500 pounds..they had no evidence of their work has been carried out no video recording bunch of thieves.

I've bought a few new cars, but the experience with Bedford Volkswagon tops them all. I dealt with the salesman Charlie Brewer, who from the very start was amazing and professional through out. If you're looking to buy a Volkswagon use this dealership, I can't remember the last time I had such good customer service whether it's buying a car or anything else entirely. Great work and I will certainly use again 5/5
