Excellent customer service. Not pushy and made you feel at home. Went above expectations to make sure the car was in good working order as it was mainly for my mum who is disabled. Would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks for everything.

They were very helpful to start off with and I was very impressed. This very quickly changed to being treated as almost an inconvenience when we turned up to test drive the car (which had been previously arranged) only to find the car was not ready or driveable. Thankfully upon speaking to Adam that matter was resolved and confidence was restored again. We finally managed to get to test drive it at which point a fault developed with the car during the road test. No problem they said, we will get it fixed and give you a call when it's done they said. After weeks of chasing up about the car I was informed that the owner was going away and to deal with the office, which I did. After numerous phone calls the car had been in to be fixed and still had an engine management light reappearing. They were going to take it back to the garage to get it sorted and ring me back. That was nearly a month ago. Needless to say that after nearly 2 months of emails and phone calls and wasted fuel dragging from Hemel Hempstead to Bedford 3 times, I gave up waiting and have since found a better condition, lower mileage car in a rarer colour. The service started off well with a little wobble but then they just didn't want to know. Maybe an isolated case but from the experience I've had I certainly wouldn't recommend them.
