        I had the worst experience ever, when i called for a taxi they sent it to the wrong address and when i called back to ask where the taxi was the man on the phone was shouting at me, he was saying the taxi was waiting for me but I had explained that i was standing out front but could not see it. When i confirmed for the 2nd time the address he should send the taxi, he sent it to the wrong place again. It was 10pm, it was late and scary and the man on the phone was just horrible and refused to apologise for his mistake. I had to wait for another 30mins for my friend to pick me up. I hated the experience and will not be calling them ever again
