My first time using this company. Will definitely use again. Driver was courteous, arrived on time and helped me reach my destination in good time. Reasonably priced too

Not a great experience The problem (put down to a technical glitch in their payment system, we subsequently have been informed) was that they took payment up front online (from another passenger, the lead booker) then when I get home on final stop they say first transaction didn't go through so need to pay again. Meaning they took double the fare. They refuse to call back after many calls since the event. It was a few days later that they eventually issued a refund. It may be a quirk of this type of job (multiple drops, one online payment) but worth be aware of and checking before you book and find the same problem.

For the third time in less than a year, a 24-7 Cars Bedford driver has charged my card (linked to account) and then charged my friend on the final stop stating 'card declined' for the reason they need to take payment again! Obviously payment goes through my end. Once; an accident, twice; questionable but three times is a potential scam operation. No one will call me back. I've been waiting for a call since Saturday Morning. No one seems to care at 24/7 cars that their customers are double charged by their drivers! Has this happened to anyone else who has used them? Recommendations for a new firm I can use on a regular basis would be much appreciated.
