Booked return taxis from Bedford to Cheltenham with Clapham Cars about 6 weeks or so out from the journey date, costing in excess of 300. The return taxi was booked for 7pm, but it wasnt dispatched from Bedford until nearly 6pm and it arrived after 8pm. We were left to wait for over an hour after the arrival time in the pouring rain and passengers travelling with me missing their ongoing travel plans. I have emailed the company with no response and called them and was spoken to a by a very rude man who showed absolutely no resolve for the matter.

The controller has no understanding of customer service. No sense of how to defuse a customer. Don't handle people with an attitude. The driver was lovely. Don't book a job without realistic time scales. Genius

Shocking service dont sent texts half the time dont call but then when u call them about wheres the taxi they start lying then said another taxi was coming called them 15 minutes later where is it then told me he didnt I waited for a total of an hour and half for them to get me a taxi absolutely awful service in the end called another service called Yell based in bedford they came in no less then 10 minutes I recommend this company much more
