        Best thing I did was invest in having sports therapy with Lottie she has literally helped me not only walk properly but got me stronger and to work out again after a injury caused a bulging disc , The best Sports therapist in Bedfordshire!! Also Lottie doesnt only do sports related therapy but can range from pregnancy massage to most injury recovery work too.
