        Good service when buying no pressure, good advice delivered furniture date promised, ,but the aftercare not impressed, as the shop did not want to know referred me to their aftercare service emailed them with a fault. Todate not received a reply.

        Excellent service all round. Bought a 3piece suite and carpet. Delivery arrived when promised. The carpet fitter, Nathan was brilliant, top notch work and very tidy .

        This company does not care once you have paid, they will assure you a certain item is arriving on a certain day then tell you it was only an estimate on the day it was supposed to arrive, It can take upto 28 days,Very bad customer services it goes along way to be nice. Iwas assured it will arrive on this date otherwise I would not have bothered

        Worst customer service experience Ive ever had!!! We bought the sofa but when we went to get it totally different scenario. Theres absolutely no customer values. Integrity, honesty, accountability as all these means nothing to them!
