Went to have a look to see if they had a suitable car for me, the guy who dealt with me was very nice and friendly. It's a Sunday so they didn't have many staff members, so we had a cup of coffee while we waited and it wasn't long before we were seen.

Successful visit. Finally, how a dealership should be. Its like a New Dealership Now! I have been using Skoda Bedford for mainly servicing for a couple of years now. Initially it was terrible and I had all sorts of issues and repeat visits, however with an all new team, the dealership has made leaps and bounds in terms of improvements. Special thanks to: Queen of the Service Department: Milly! Absolute legend of a Service Person. She methodically makes sure that I am satisfied with the service and everything required from her. From work required, to walkaround video - she misses NOTHING. She even personally has washed the car when there is no valeter! Milly has been running the department all by herself until recently, I hope the new starter can start to take some weight off your shoulders! Ive used Barons BMW & Vindis Audi before and they have a lot to learn from Milly on how to run a service department. Also, Thank you to Paul (Service Manager) as well, making sure both our Skoda Superbs are always taken care of. New Service Starter: Didnt get her name but its only her second day and she made me feel comfortable by engaging in conversation, whilst I waited for my car. Unlike most dealerships that treat you like a number, its refreshing to be treated with respect and friendliness. Good Luck to her on her new Job! Queen of the Sales Department: Ela Marqeshi Even though, I was a service customer not really in the market to purchase right now, Ela once again, treated me exceptionally, answered all my questions along with her new starters. Thank you to both Tazmin and the new gentleman in Sales. I was interested in a New Skoda Superb and they provided me with great lead times and will keep me posted on nearly new ones that may come in stock. Good Luck to both of them, wishing them great success in their new team. Honestly, great improvement in the whole dealership overall. The New General Manager has a great team on his hands, I hope it remains consistent! Keep up the great work and youll have a lot more customers coming your way
