One star for the chef. Awful site, lack cleanliness, stinks. Not a safe place for dementia patients who need care. Bedsores within 1 week. Please choose wisely and always check CQC, visit all homes before you decide to leave your precious loved ones.

Arden House care home is a really fun place to work, it's always filled with fun and laughter, it's such a joy to go to work every day and look after these residents, the staffing team is amazing and are always there to support each other, the manager is absolutely amazing and go the extra mile not just for the residents but staff as well, you couldn't find a nicer lady, I can honestly say that it's an absolute pleasure to work here, go team Arden

My friends mum was in here and I think it was disgusting , was never allowed to come out her room my friend was never allowed to see her room , never allowed to visit her mum . The poor woman was grief stricken every time my friend saw her , her mum was crying . I don't recommend this place to anyone . Its dreadful for all your elderly parents

Arden house is a great place to work and has been a very positive experience while working there and led by a lovely kind manager who helps to bring out the best in every team member of her staff is very helpful towards us and also the staff is very kind its a place where everyone gets on and functions as a team its more like a family in a work setting.staff are fully trained knowledgeable in every situation such polite kind and caring towards each other and the residents. All staff are given opportunitys to progress there career and move up the ladder to success its a wonderful atmosphere and a welcoming environment to work in I enjoy everyday working at Arden house giving and caring is such a pleasure its rewarding job and something Im proud of doing. Just to make a difference to the residents who live in the home and working with such a good team of people is a nice pleasant experience I would recommend to anyone to come and work at Arden house.
