Ordered a selection of items yesterday. Delivered as expected, still hot and all very tasty! It's great to be able to order something different to the usual takeaways - and absolutely fantastic that they use free range chicken which no other takeaway seems to (at least around here). All cardboard packaging also plays nicely into the eco side of things, which is very welcome. A couple of things could make it even better: 1) While there is a veggie option (great), this can't be made vegan, as brioche seems to be the only bun available. This is a shame, as my other half is vegan and so limits the frequency I can order, as there's nothing there for her apart from chips (which by extension is unfortunate for me!). It would be such a simple change, to have a vegan bun option, and tick that box too. Small change - big gain? 2) The minimum order value for delivery is just a little steep at 20. I basically don't want to order 20 of food if it's only me eating, just to get delivery. I understand that delivery may not be commercially viable below that value - but ultimately, it means I will very infrequently place orders, if at all unfortunately, as I simply don't require that much food. If min order was a little lower, at say 15 for example, that would open the door to placing orders far more frequently. Please understand these aren't criticisms, as the food was great! Just suggestions. I'm basically looking for ways to make ordering from here more frequently a possibility! :)
