have worked with swarme for the past year and I find this is one of the best agencies to work for. They have grown from strength to strength in the past 12 months. Shifts started slow at the start but I guess doesn't this happen with every agency? I had the opportunity to meet so many great people, make some awesome friends and go to various places with all kinds of clientele and improve my skills in many ways. I also love the flexibility of this kind of work and that I do not have to commit to a certain amount of hours. The rating system keeps us motivated and in check, ensuring we provide the best possible service. The staff are really nice and generally understanding. I would recommend it as a supplementary source of income alongside another income (e.g. If you are self-employed and you need a boost in your finances) - and you get paid weekly. I would recommend it to a few friends already.
