Putnoe Street Post Office

The man who works in this royal mail is so rude ! His behaviour like he are not happy to work here . Absolutely not acceptable.

A very rude woman behind the counter today. I was sad to see this person there, she is short with customers, blunt in her answers and offers no pleasantries. In future Ill avoid dealing with her where possible. Manners cost nothing, if you dont like people dont do a customer facing role. There are two other ladies that Ive dealt with who are polite and friendly

I usually avoid going to this post office and the woman with glasses who works behind the counter is the rudest person I have come across. I had to go this week and again see her rolling her eyes at a customer when she asked a question. I dont understand why she works there if she despises customers so much.

As a young person who occasionally pops in, I am incredibly saddened by the treatment by the women who work there, specifically the woman behind the counter, blondeish, who is incredibly rude to customers particularly the elderly! She ought to be fired for her rudeness and shortness.
