        Poor customer service from both the staff and manager. Unbelievably poor service, never know anything like it. Felt like i was being treated unfairly having waited patiently. I was lied to regarding who was management, then when I ask for the the complaint procedure, was then asked to leave. Unbelievable. Will be making a formal complaint to both budgens head office and royal mail. I wouldn't recommend unless really desperate.

        Irritating long queues for anything to do with the post office, thou the post master lady is very nice and polite always. Not nice to be there under the weather.
