Our boiler broke during the cold weather leaving us with no hot water or heating. I emailed Steve noting his business didn't open til the next day. He replied almost immediately and arranged for Lee to move his schedule to see us ASAP. When Lee arrived he was very friendly and helpful and thankfully fixed the issue very quickly. Will definitely use this company again if the need arises. Service: Heating system repair

Having briefly outlined some work wed like doing with Lee over the phone, I subsequently arranged for him to come and look at this in person at our house - this meant working from home so I could be there. I phoned Lee the day before just to make sure that he was definitely coming the following morning at 10:00 as agreed which Lee acknowledged he would be. However, on the day, Lee turned up an hour early which wasnt particularly convenient and when asked why, he just said he must have got off his exercise bike early. Once hed looked at the work, Lee promised to provide us with a quote, but not a proper one by e-mail as apparently it wasnt worth the effort, so instead said he would text us a price. Were still waiting for that text nearly seven weeks later.

We met Lee though his brother who is also a plumber here in Norfolk. Lee has fitted new boilers to two of our houses in Bedford and at my Mother's house. He also carried out work for my late Father-in Law and at my Sisters house. Great bloke, knowledgeable, reliable and good value too. When you find a good plumber you don't let him go!
