Gavin at GPS plumbing has been fantastic for me and my family. The boiler of the house we moved into recently needed to be replaced. Gavin came out to our house very quickly when he said he would (within two hours) and he identified the issues very quickly. He very thoroughly and clearly talked me through the problems what needed replacing and fixing, and why. He clearly considered the heating system as a whole, and interaction between the different components, not just the immediate problem. His prices were just lower than the average of quotes we got from different plumbers. He also rearranged his schedule to prioritise ensuring we could get heating in our house in place as soon as possible, a particular concern as I have young kids. Gavin worked hard and quickly, and his work is very neat and tidy. He also gave me lots of tips and advice on a broad range of things around the house, which went well beyond the job I was paying him for. I will use him for all my future plumbing and heating needs and I wholeheartedly recommend him.
