Josephine is incredibly knowledgeable and tenacious when identifying the root cause of the problem. I originally went to see Josephine with back pain but after a thorough assessment it was clear there were a few contributing factors which also needed to be resolved. Each physio session was as thorough as the last and supporting exercises were aligned to the current situation. I couldn't recommend Josephine highly enough and would not hesitate to use her service again in the future.

I started working with Jo after having a gait analysis at the London Podiatry Centre. After an initial in person consultation we moved to online (covid!) for several months. Jo was absolutely fab! She put together a programme of exercises each month and we slowly worked up to me being able to run again. I'd seen a couple of physios previously but Jo went through the techniques and form in much more detail so I was working the right muscles. Would definitely recommend
