My GP recommended physio sessions with Maureen for sciatic pain and arthritis. After just 3 sessions and home exercises I have felt improvement in my mobility and physical health. I need more sessions to improve my ligaments and muscles but the progress so far has been good. Maureens treatment plan, advice and support has been amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone considering physiotherapy. Thank you so much!

My experience with Maureen Wicks, Apos therapist, has been transformational for my mobility and life style. I would recommend both Maureen and Apos as a route to enhance a life compromised by time ravaged knees. I was cynical as to whether wearing boots could be of value, but it has made a huge difference to my movement, ability to stand for long periods, distances walked and mental health. I have gone from measuring metres to measuring miles in 9 months. I wore the boots and anticipate I will improve further. I can do more. It is working for me. What helps you also helps your family. If you want to improve, and who doesn't, trust the boots, trust the science, trust Maureen.

Maureen is fabulous - her personality and levels of understanding are great. I enjoy wearing my 'super shoes' and they certainly do help.

The service provided by Maureen was excellent. She explains things succinctly and no question is too trivial. She is the face of Apostherapy in the area and her approachability, knowledge and professionalism are a credit to her and her team.
