Dilys called me today to have a chat about her much loved clients Bruno and Tyson. After many grooms with them she has recommended them to us, as we have two groomers available. (This is a better option with big dogs that just want to lie down, as it can be very straining to keep lifting them up, on your own) she even did research on groomers around Bedford for Mum, as she wanted them to go somewhere with the same caring values she has. Mum recently booked in with us and Dilys called us to let us know of any allergies they have, treats they liked and certain parts of the groom they may be nervous of. She spoke so highly of the owners and doggies! We really appreciated this and are overwhelmed with the love and care she has for her clients. I really felt she went out of her way to make sure they were in safe hands Thanks Dilys, and we will be sure to show them the same love and care you always have!

Dilly is such a lovely groomer she always makes my pets feel at ease my little chi maisy sits on the chair like a queen waiting to be picked up after her grooming session.
