Really great challenging classes in Tooting. I have been going for 3 weeks and noticing improvements in my fitness. George is there to hold you accountable as well as motivate you and push you to reach your goals.

Brilliant classes - George really pushes everyone to their limit regardless of fitness level. Really friendly group and guaranteed to work 10x harder than going to the gym yourself!

Highly recommend Georges Bootcamp. Started at the beginning of the year and my fitness has really improved. No nonsense outdoor training that really pushes you. Come rain or shine the classes are challenging with a mix of cardio and weight training (on alternating days)

I have been doing George's classes for 3 months now and I have noticed a huge improvement in my overall fitness. His classes are well designed over the week to balance cardio with strength training, high and low intensity. Classes cater to all abilities which makes it accessible to everyone. Don't expect any cancelled sessions due to the weather, and expect to push yourself hard during classes - but all classes are run in a very welcoming and enjoyable way, and there is a great community of people who attend. Highly recommend, and is a great alternative to going to the gym / running during the week!

Putting my long standing procrastination aside, I decided to find a personal trainer to help me start working on my fitness goals. Overall, my experience with George has been terrific as he is knowledgeable and pushes me to give my all during workouts. Every session has been tailored to my goals, making each one feel like a step closer to achieving my desired results. Simply put, George has been instrumental in helping me become stronger and healthier after years of neglect!
