    I was trying to get back from a six year complete break from exercise. During that time I had gained 25 kilos and I wanted to be fit again and have muscle definition to show for it. I made contact with Chris to get support with an exercise plan and PT. What I got was the support to exercise effectively and feel motivated, but also great advice and guidance on nutrition and how to manage my relationship with food. Since I started working with Chris I have lost 39 kilos and gained the muscle I wanted. Plus my fitness level is at a point where I feel confident to take on endurance challenges. I have a clear programme to follow that changes every 8 weeks; which means I get confident with exercises and can also train effectively on my own. I would recommend working with Chris, because he is experienced, capable and gets such satisfaction from helping others change their lives. I know I can rely on him and hes always seeking feedback to improve. Anyone who is struggling to get results, or just looking for structure and support should reach out and have a conversation with Chris as his support will really make a difference and help you change for good.

    Having put on quite a lot of weight over lockdown, I was apprehensive about getting back to the gym. Chris created an exercise routine & diet plan that was achievable and got results. I found Chris to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly - he also knows how to encourage you to get your best workout. I can highly recommend Chris.

    Chris is very supportive and very professional always there to help tweak things or give guidance on how to perform each exercises correctly. His program has helped me lose weight in a fun and engaging way; it has helped me feel better about myself and improved how I see myself. Its helped me maintain healthy habits (logging food, and exercising) that I don't even realise I'm doing every day. I would definitely recommend Chris to all my Friends and Family and anyone else interested! 10/10!

    Prior to starting to work with Chris I was concerned that I wasn't doing the correct form for the exercises I carried out and therefore not achieving the desired results. I watched how other members were doing various exercises but I wasn't convinced they were doing them correct either. I would record each session so that I could see that my goals for improvement were monitored. The results from working with Chris were that I was doing the correct form, I could tell the relevant muscles had been exercised. He set me training programs where by my achievements are monitored on the app he provided. He has gradually increased the number of different programs on the app as I like variety in my training and I get a full body workout over a number of sessions. He tailors the programs specifically for my needs and adjusts them if there is something I can't do, due to my shoulder issues. There are always exercises you can do. The benefits of his skilled guidance and vast knowledge have proved to me at 66 yrs old I can achieve my goal of growing muscle. He has filmed my traps, lats and triceps so I can see my muscle growth. He has also monitored my calorie intake as I can be deficient as I also do a physical job. He is also a very caring person who is totally focused on what you are doing for the whole session and tells you how to improve your form to make gains and not injure yourself. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough. He is a skilled peoples person who is excellent for all ages and genders. I feel totally safe with the advice he gives me. He is always very friendly and helpful and never in over the three years I have worked with him has he ever been late or not arrived. I know that I will make continuous progress with his guidance in the years to come. Also I have full confidence that I'm not going to injure myself training while following his guidance. I discovered through his training that its good form that gains muscle not necessarily heavier weights. I've no intention of ever changing Chris for a different personal trainer as I believe he does a perfect job.
