        Its easier to get an appointment with them than my doctors! Two gentlemen doing the job perfectly! The experience so far has been wonderful, no delays, zero disrespect, and so helpful!

        It's not easy to get an appointment here, but once you have one the service is excellent. A much better experience than at the London Consulate! My passport application was processed quickly and the passport arrived sooner than I thought it would.

        Horrendous. The phone is hardly ever answered. After completing my passport application in March at this office . It was sent to London . The application has just been returned to me informing me after having an Italian passport for almost 68 years that I am not registered with the A. I.R.E in Italy. Absolute joke!!! This type of service is not acceptable . Now I cannot get through to the office either . Nightmare !!! So what do I do?
