I'm so pleased to have found this optometrist not far from my home. Muhammad is very polite, thorough and professional, explaining the eye check at every stage. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The building is light and airy with plenty of car parking available. I've made recommendations to my husband and all of my friends.

Today was my first appointment with Mohammed (optician). I was recommended by my mum and brother as theyve used this opticians before, I like a recommendation it makes your decision easier. I have to say there recommendation didnt fail, Mohammed was so nice and polite. He explained everything to me and took notes as he went along. They eye test was super thorough, eye test Ive had at other opticians always seemed very quick and not as in-depth. At no point did I feel rushed and I was able to explain my issues too. After the examination Mohammed explained my results professionally and in really easy bite size pieces so I had time to understand any problems he may have found and ask questions. I received a professionally typed prescription which Ive never had. I then was able to speak to a lovely lady who helped me choose my new glasses and explained what would be beneficial to my needs, no hard sell, everything was priced up to suit my budget, at no point did I feel embarrassed or under pressure about my budget and what I could and couldnt afford. She was so lovely. With clear pricing etc. Ive ordered my new glasses, exactly what I need, nothing that I dont, so its so much easier for me. Im not local to the opticians but I travel there just on a recommendation and Im glad I did. Great experience and great optician. Also plenty of parking, easy to find, lovely shopping area to. Next door there is a coffee shop and bakery too, such a friendly atmosphere. Thank you. Sharon.

Lovely optometrist always friendly and very professional, thorough with the eye checks and ready to answer any questions we might have. My whole family go to John Kaye Optometrists and we wouldn't go anywhere else now A big bonus is free parking

Excellent service. My eye test was very professional and precise. My new glasses fit perfectly thanks to the kind and friendly staff. Easy parking was another big bonus. Definitely recommend you visit if like me you feel let down by the big high street optician chains.
