        I've been a specsavers customer for many years now and I have always left the shop in Bedford's town centre with the impression that I have been given the best service possible, really good professionals.

        My friend purchased expensive hearing aids 3 years ago and 3 years on she has still never had 2 working hearing aids. Although the staff are always friendly, she has always had to wait several weeks to even get an appointment to have them checked. Despite numerous complaints and wanting a full refund, the saga continues . Would not recommend specsavers for audiology to anyone.
