Cannot fault all aspects of care from this Residential home! Our mum was taken into respite at Puttenhoe August 2022 and became a perminent resident soon after. All staff members from management right down to housekeepers have been amazing, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Sadly, Mum passed away in February but even then, a member of staff brought another resident who had become close to Mum, to the funeral. Talk about going above and beyond. Thankyou all of you, truly amazing staff
