Bright Horizons Tooting Looking Glass Day Nursery and Preschool

Very unhelpful management team. Don't properly answer or explain when asked questions. example took almost 2 weeks to clarify how their fees are calculated as there were inconsistencies from documentation provided with no one in management seemingly having any idea, being told they will check with someone else.

I agreed with Mariana, same things happened with me, I felt the same. The staff is very rude and the admin staff dont even listen on the phone. They dont even able to send emails on provided email Id. They made mistake twice and then promised me one of staff member will call me to take some personal details about my son. And I was end up waiting the whole day but no call. Staff is very rude and overwhelmed, they dont know how to talk to parents.They will clearly tell you on your face that child havent eat anything. Very disappointed and unhelpful people.

We are so happy that we send our little one to this nursery. The staff are incredible, they make our little one feel welcome every day and take a genuine interest in what he's been doing and what he's currently interested in. He runs home to tell us all about what he's been doing and the friends he's made. He's loved all the staff in every room he's been in. The variety of activities is amazing and they even get him to eat his vegetables. High recommend.
