Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool Bedford

Absolutely DISGUSTING mannered staff. Talking to a delivery driver like something theyve stepped in and making false complaints.

My son has been at Kiddi Caru since he was 9 months old and is now just about to leave to start primary school. He's loved being there. Over the past 3+ years he's always been looked after, he's learned a great deal from a wide variety of activities and always been well fed with a varied diet. The online portal contains lots of information about what he's been up to and the staff clearly care deeply about the children they're looking after. Would happily use them again.

I went on a visit in september, I really loved the space and the lay out. However, the visit was at half 6 in the evening and not by a member of staff of the room my daughter would be in. They wouldn't let me meet the staff or be in settling in sessions. Despite all other nurserys still allowing this, So I went elsewhere there is something a little unsettling and slightly weird about this nursery.

Dont send your child.not a great place.they wouldnt give a refund even when my son was unable to attend nursery.and some staff were very rude.my son was crying the whole day and no one bothered to even inform us.

Great from the beginning! On my visit the lady who took me and my husband around was very informative and answered all our questions. The space and little areas in the room my baby is in is calm and like another little home. We visited a few nurseries this is the best by far. They have online journals too where we get regular updates about the nursery and what my child has been up to. Very clean and friendly.
