Came here with my partner a couple of days ago. first impressions where that it was VERY dirty. was told originally that our nails would cost 45 combined, only to then be told once finished that it would be 70. i got gel nails and my partner got acrylics. i told the man doing my nails that they needed to be short, so he persisted to file them into shape without cutting them! he then started to apply the gel polish, once finished the design (which was literally simple hearts) was all wonky, there was polish all over the place, round my cuticles, under my nails and on the tips of my fingers. i informed the employee doing my partners nails of the state the man had left mine in and asked if he would be able to clean them up, he didnt seem shocked at all and wasnt even apologetic, he then proceeded to file the polish on my finger tips off rather than wiping it leaving dents in my fingers!! we paid and left only for my nails to be chipped, broken and cracked by the next day and for one of my partners acrylics to have fallen off on day 2 and others be clinging on for dear life. will be going elsewhere tomorrow to have both mine and my partners nails removed and repaired. i would try to avoid this nail salon at all costs.
