Could not be more greatful with all aspects of my experience. Prompt appointment, extremely knowledgeable doctor leading to diagnosis and now pain management put into action right away. All done with kindness and understanding. :)

I attended the Bunyan centre for my NHS referal and the experience of the centre itself was awful. It is filthy and I would say, a health hazard. I certainly didn't sit down to wait to be seen. My consultation was OK but I would have liked to have been shown how to do the recommended exercises with therapy putty. At home i was uncertain. I am refusing toe attend that centre again

Failed. Given a different reason each time I call. No one ever calls when I'm told they will. Just awful

I was referred to an independent physiotherapist by MSK. I had a 10 minute consultation, the first 6 was a discussion followed by a quick check on my movement. I was not shown any exercises, instead these are being emailed and a phone follow up in April. This appears to be a way of getting me of the books and charging the NHS for the privilege. An absolute disgrace

had an appointment a couple of weeks ago. said they were refer me on. received the referral letter within a few days and the appoint was within the week of getting the letter. very pleased on how quick I was seen. Very positive experience
